Mine would be from last night in Danbury CT, Steve Miller Band with Eric Johnson doing "Winter Time". All I can say is what a song. 2 lead guitars and a perfect show ender with a bunch of drunks makes for a good time.

An honerable mention would be "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones almost a year ago. Old 60-somethings were out of their seats jumping - yes, JUMPING - to the music. That was the best concert I've been to but Steve gets the best song.

I haven't been to many gigs but I saw Bob Dylan live a few months ago. It was a festival and there was about 10 other bands/artists. For the most part Bob wasn't great but he played a pretty cool version of Lay Lady Lay. One of the other bands that played was the Violent Femmes, they played a great version of Blister In the Sun. Also, The Flaming Lips played a brilliant version of Do You Realise.

the Dirtbomb's - "Stop"

the Who - "My Generation"

James Brown - "Sex Machine" (pretty effin incredible that was)

MC 900 ft Jesus w. DJ Ground Zero - wriggling out of a straight jacket while Zero scrathced flaiming records with his tongue a la Jimi Hendrix

but all time craziest / best live was Japan's Guitar Wolf opening for the Cramps.. think the song was called "Let's have Rock and Roll!" but was wild Ramones style rock and roll on speed culminating with the lead singer climbing atop a 16ft speaker tower and hurling himself to the stage - very much how I would have imagined Iggy Pop to do it in his prime>>!
