By the way suffering is not necessary, it is a joke that most think that.
If you function from your Heart there is no suffering.
I am going to raise your level of awareness, it is up to you to accept it.
In every single moment it is either a blessing or an opportunity.
There is no other way.

Without Pain, we cannot know the lack of pain.
Without Suffering, we cannot know Happiness.
It's Ying and Yang. They must co-exist.
