You should be able to download repair manuals, updated drivers, latest BIOS, etc., all for free.

Why not post the problems with your computer on here? If its virus/spyware problems or hardware issues surely someone on here know the answers.

Go to download.com and download for free TuneUp utility 2006, that will help you with lot of problem but not all.
you need to give more detail of your problem.
