Without a doubt. Think about the choices you make about every thing. How did you come to make those choices. At least partly because what we see in the media. And they know that and exploit it. No question the media brainwashes everyone to some degree or another.

It is not that they are brainwashing people, it is more that they are only reporting the news that meets with their agenda. You really have to dig down and research world affairs news before you make an opinion. This has become really evident in the reporting of the Iraq war, the media has falsified photos and reports and no one can hold them accountable because of freedom of the press. Local news is not as bad unless it is an election year, then keep track of the different stories that come out. They are all at the same briefings and all have access to the same information. But each puts their own little twist on it. Don't believe everything you read or hear is the true complete story.

I don't think the media is brain washing people becuase we as individuals need to ascertain wether or not what the media reports is true or untrue. It's just a matter of what we choose to acceopt as being real from the media, We don't have to believer everything.
