They can't find a W2???
I work for a small business and we are able to download those online.
It is also my understanding that for every xx hours you work, they are entitled to give you xx amount in breaks and you SHOULDN'T have to clock out for those.

the form is at irs.gov
you can type W2 form into yahoo search and the link will come up
you need to address the issue because you are probably paying too much in taxes if you can claim a dependent or are married
i would also suggest looking for a back up job because i can only imagine how there accounting and other business ethics are if they dont even have you as a truly legal employee
did you fill out the I-9 form (employee eligibility) that requires 2 forms of id? this is also a legal document you should have done

Tell him to look in the W-2 drawer. He is ripping you off because he probably isn't going to turn in the withholding taxes etc. from your check. You will be liable for what is due and if you have not paid anything in, you are stuck with the whole bill at the end of the year.
If you clock out for breaks that is ok as long as he still pays you.
Tell him to get you signed up properly or you'll have to go to the tax office yourself. Good Luck Peace.

No, clocking out for breaks isn't against Federal Law. Many places require it, unless the law has recently changed.
However, not having a W-2 filled out is illegal.
I would give them one day to find one or report them to your state Labor Board.

You have to sign a w-4 form that states you withholding intentions. A w-2 is what you get at the end of the year stating your earnings and tax withheld. I think it is one 15 minute break paid. go to www.dol.gov (dept. of labor) or ask to see the sign that states the minimum wage. break time rules are on there also, plus it will show that you know your rights and maybe will stop being taken advantage of.

w-2s are available online. print one out, complete it the way you want it, sign it and give it to your employer. if your next paychek is not the way you want it, you need to contact a labor and employment lawyer and//or the irs. as to the breaks, i need more info. i know that when you work for the PTO, you HAVE TO take a 30 minute break for every 6 ( i think it's six) hours you work and they will deduct it if you take it ot not. as to the clocking out, i don't know what that's about.

I can't answer your whole question but I have some ideas
save every check stub , write down every hr you work.
Call the irs and ask them what to do now.
You don't have to call from home or give your name.
