I am getting a message "This is on a network recourse that is not available".

As far as I know, AIO stands for "All In One". It's not a specific software, it's just a description for a software or a CD that contains a full collection form a certain company, i.e. a Symantec AIO would have the Norton Systemworks, Norton Internet Security, Partition Magic....etc). So it really depends on what software you're trying to install or access....
