They're both two different types of actors. Of course Will Smith probably has more money since he's been in way more movies than Ice Cube. Will Smith movies are more for families while Ice Cube is for older mature crowd.

if you are talking $ I would say Will Smith, the movies he has been in have been higher grossing.
Although Ice Cube Friday (the first one only) was one the the better movies ever.
