That one should have sealed beams, right?

Brands that I've heard good things about include Sylvania Xtravision and GE's high end headlights. If you want a major upgrade, get a Bosch or Cibie H4 conversion like the one here:

Avoid blue bulbs. As a general rule, any blue headlight that directly replaces a standard headlight will be blue because it's got a filter on it. And that filter works by removing light that isn't blue. So a blue bulb will put out significantly less light than a plain old white one.

I assume you want them brighter
Go to the auto parts store and get a bulb called Uttra-blue.
There bulbs are 35% brighter then the standard bulbs you prersently have.
