You will love M-A-C!!! or for the over the drugstore version L'Oreal HIP! The colours are bright and and last very long...here is a little hint. If you take a little vaseline and smear it on your eye lids and add the eye shadow. It gives it an amazing boost of colour. You can even go to go Target and find bright amazing colours and enhance it with the vaseline base. You will be FABULOUS Darling!

It depends on what colours you like - blues/green/pinks.
For a realyl vibrant look (depends on you colouring but I think thi works with pale or warm tones) try a blue and orange combo - orange on top lip blue on botton. Try MAC - Aquadisiac on the top and Orange on the bottom.
She Uemura have a fab limited edition eyeliner which comes in peacock green - the really makes the eyes pop.

OoO im soooooo there with you. You can go to a lot of places and get liners in really cool colors. Line them around your intire eye and then put sparkles over it. OR you can do half and half make on half of ur eye one color and the other half another color. It may sound werid but i have a ton of cool pics of me with it on and i like it. I wanna be a make up artist so i play around with make up alot. After you find some sweet liner and put it on some mascara and a line of black line in the inner line of ur bottom lid. I found that MAC has a TON of sweet colors.. its the only place i found a really good color green for not a $1000 a compact. Or if ur willing to spend some money sephroa has amazing make up... i have a few things from there. go for a smokey eyed look put a dark colour just at the bottom of ur eye lid but not to much a thin line n it looks really nice but make sure the other eye shadow is lighter but in the same shad group lol

u should go somwhere thats sells mac make up their eye make up is mad with loads of vibrant colours. the girls aer really nice and will show u different ways of wearing the colours

Urban decay eyeshadows - silvers. golds and pinks are best. I love XXX - its a lovely gold colour. There are also some lovely greens and blues - very vibrant!!

Can't remember what is is called but The Body Shop do some great sparkly eyeshadows in some great colours.

Barry M do some really good bright colours in their eye dust. You can get it in most Superdrugs I think asos.com do some Barry M stuff too :)

Try Urban Decay cosmetics, very up to date in its bright colours and textures plus you can get liner and mascara to match.
