Dr's will tell women today that they do not need to, but you will smell if you don't. if you are sexually active you really need to douche, the man's sperm will make you smell. if you are having a menstrual cycle, you need to douche two days after your cycle has stopped. they have the disposable douches now, which are not very good, but you need to use one twice a week and that should be enough. if that dosen't work then you need to see a doctor you may have an infection.
