what if a guy always asks you to go out with him and you always said no because you didnt think about it at the time and then when you do decide your real answer and its a yes and the guy turns you down. what does that mean? i dont understand.

Its happend to me except i never asked them out! he just asked me out every year like 3 times a year and i just said no. he is prob getting back at you or he likes someone else he is a jerk find someone better im sure there are tons of guys out there for you=]

That probably means that the guy wanted a challenge. You kept on saying no, he was after more and more until you said yeah. Thats how some guys are and let me tell you it has nothing to do with you.

Some guys do that to see if you like them too. And some do it because there guy friends told them that it works in getting a girl. I know its stupid huh?

I would think it means that he doesn't trust you. He is afraid if he takes you seriously now, you might change your mind and say no again.
