i try to washing the lettuce but i can not wash all the dirt out,am i wrong to feel hurt,because i make her lunch everday,she works nights.but everything elese is fine with her lunch,she likes a salad,with her lunch

Right off the bat, it sounds very contrite to ask whether you are wrong to feel hurt or to feel anything at all. Feelings are never wrong; only actions are wrong. The fact that you would even ask shows that she is dominating you. I suggest marital counseling. She's your wife, not your mother. I've seen quite a few married couples like this up close and personal. You need to practice more assertiveness.
As to your specific question, I like the solution that beegeeman13 gave. It's constructive, non-combative, and addresses the specific point. It's worth a try.

have her wash the lettuce so you can see how she likes it done, and then do it the way she likes...that way if she complains, tell her she can do it then.
