I'm pretty sure he was a cub. Maybe not, but I think he started the season atleast 0 for 10, maybe even worse.... Who was the pitcher??

I believe you are talking about Anthony Young, who I believe lost 23 decisions in a row. Most of those took place when he pitched for the Mets but he also pitched for the Cubs. He wasn't quite as bad as that streak indicated, but the Mets were pretty bad back then and never gave any run support.
