You ask a question that cannot really be answered. Your question should be what is the meaning of "my" life. For this question you may find an answer.
The other question is too ethereal for you to even comprehend; I'm sorry to say you would never understand the answer.
To even ask this question, one must have some understanding of the world, the solar system, the milky way, the cosmos, and the universe in which he/she lives. I feel you are at a lost to understand any of this, so I will not waste the eons to answer this question.

My view is that having life and the ability to give life is the ultimate meaning of life. And I don't just mean planting a seed. looking after that seed until time, age and wisdom passes on that gift.

The meaning of life centers around the sum product of your life. Everything in your life, everything you do, everything you say, every thought that enters your brain -- all this contributes to the sum product of your life and that is your soul.

So the meaning of life centers on the care and nurturing of your soul. For the enlightened this means, (1) seek knowledge, truth, understanding, (2) practice being loving to others, real self sacrificing love, and (3) relish everything in this world that is beautiful.

That is all you need to know in this world, that is all there is to know.

Beauty.
And even if at some point in life you come to think there's no beauty left to see, to hear, or to somehow sense in this world, there's still one more and the most beautiful thing left before everything shuts down --- YOUR ABILITY TO CREATE ONE.

I hope you felt at least a little bit of my faith.

What is life I asked myself. What's the meaning of it all? I have no earthly idea, I just live and face whatever comes as it comes.
