revenge is never funny. having said that, i can't give an answer until i know the age of the brother and or sister and how strict the parents are. i'm assuming the people playing the joke doesn't want to get in trouble.

Depends on his age, you don't want to something too mean to a 5 year-old, But I would suggest put crushed red pepper in melted chocolate. Make cookies or chocolate chips with it. When he bites into it, it will be very hot. Works every time.

unsrew the top of a shower head, put jello powder in it and when the victim goes to turn on the shower the colour of the jello will come on in the water..............leaving your victim sticky and gooey!!!!!!!! ha he ha he ha he ha please let us know what happened if anything!!!!!!
