I'd say to some extent your dream was worth giving a serious thought. It surely tells about your life, the topics you think on etc. If you really dont have many pals, specially females.. I agree that you'd make more if you change a little (good to bad) however always remember a fake or pretending personality wont stay stable for long. All these pals (M n F) would soon be gone. Plus, who knows they might also be BAD as you'd be ;)

i recognize, that became particularly hard. As a culinary scholar coaching to be a Chef if i became in a kitchen and the appropriate Chef said me do this I probaly might want to of were given the sack for lack of worry-loose experience in hygiene. Digusting.

You are the one who has to live with yourself, not your friends. Maybe they are your friends because they are not very nice, either. Do you want to be the kind of person you have become? Its your life. What kind of a person do you want to be and what kind of friends do you want? Decide that and make the changes in your life that will make it possible to be the kind of person you want to be.
