as far as syncing goes. I have an iBook G4 (no Intel Core)

Almost all of the new Palm products are compatible with Apple computers. Especially your iBook G4 which more then likely has Bluetooth Technology. I would recommend that if you are going to buy a Palm that your purchase either the Palm Tungsten E2 or the Palm T|X Handheld becuase of the features they will allow you to use with your iBook and how easily they will sync. I have a friend with an iBook and he has an E2 and they work perfectly together! Goodluck, check out this website for more info:

Just about every Palm, especially any recent model, will work with the Mac. Palm includes programs for both Windows and Mac.
