I understand that it could take up to five years to recieve a voucher, but I have come across other programs like Familly unification choice vouchers. I see that I clearly qualify, but who the heck applies for me? It says that an organization or program, but I still just can't seem to find out where to apply.

You could have had numerous wage increases if you were to stay at a job that long. Or you could have received a degree while working in that amount of time and if you are young enough, you could have joined the military and earned your bunk.

I'm tired of working my butt off and having taxes taken out of my pay check to clothe, feed and house those who can't or don't want to work.

If you've come on hard times, I'm sorry. That happens, but pull yourself up and get OFF the dole.

My brother (a quadriplegic) was on the wiating list for quite awhile. They give priority to people with permanent and total disablilty, and it still takes forever. Do you have disablility?
