I would try Petco, Petsmart,Or Walmart maybe. I have gotten one at petco before. It gives all the info you need on fish keeping for all sorts of fish. You can most likely find one at any pet store. Hope you find one!

You can get books at your public library (Their Free). Pet stores sell books. There is a monthly magazine you can sign up for call
"Tropical Fish Hobbyist". Check in your area if there is a Fish Club. I lived in Chicago growing up and belonged to a Tropical fish Club. We had monthly meetings (about 100 members with families). We had monthly discussions, silent auctions and fish competition for adults and children. Once a year we would sent up tanks at the flower and garden show at McCormick Place. There were other clubs like the Guppy Club, Betta Club and others.

you could find a fish keeping book in almost any book/retail store. ex: Walmart, Kmart, Petco, Petssmart, library,any pet store, and the list goes on and on
