Stop eating junk food if you haven't already. Steam your face with a hot wash rag..let the wash rag just sit on your face.

I have answered this question before, do hope this helps you. Begin by steaming your face with a warm to hot face cloth, not to burn your face though,. then get 2 kleenex for each index finger and wrap 1 kleenex around half the index finger. This will protect your pimple from further bacteria.gently move the pimple from side to side, until you see the actuall white head or a very little blood, dont worry about this,as it is the part of the infection in the pimple, if starts to hurt, STOP...... Once this has occured, cleanse your face with a warm face cloth again, and then apply WitchHazel Toner to your face, folowed by a Tea Trea Oil based moisturiser & your done. This should take no more than 15 mins.Always cleanse , exfolliate your face with a gently Scrub, and keep your skin Clean. Also a great Treat for your skin is a mask, A Good one for pimples & your skin in general is the Body Shops (WARMING FACIAL MASK).Pimples occur with hormonal changers, greasy foods, and in general, just skin changers/Bacteria,no biggy as long as it is treated at an early stage without POPPING,,,no, no, no,this will only scar you. I hope this helps you,as I am sure it will. The products I have told you about aren't expensive & you can maintain this routine until it clears up. Stick with the mask for a while as it does wonders to keep your skin refreshed, cleansed & moisturised. PS,Three times a week give yourself a steam facial, add a few drops of, Lemon,Laveder, or Tea Trea oil in the sink and dip the face cloth in the Essential Oil of your choice, or you can mix Lavender & lemon or the Tea Trea on it's own, & use the cloth as a compress, repeat process three times , then apply moisturiser.

Leave them alone - they'll eventually go away on their own. If you want - you can put peroxide or something on them to try to dry them up.
If you pop them - you're opening yourself up to infection - which could lead to scarring - which you certainly don't want.
If it gets REALLY bad - talk to your pharmacist or your doctor to recommend a product or medication to help you.
I found, through many years, that soap and water are the best medicine - but I was lucky - I have always had good skin and rarely had a pimple. I think I get more now (female related) than I did when I was a kid.
(Don't let me leave you with the impression that I've never popped one myself - I have. Sometimes you just can't help yourself - and they can hurt.)
GOOD LUCK!! They WILL go away!!

This is a serious answer! Put some regular banana on it! It helps to draw out the pimples and get rid of them faster! It works.

I heard that if you crush an asprin and mix it with water and apply the paste and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes and then rinse that will help

Wait until it forms a head and pop it. Then either put toner on it to dry it out or toothpaste. Toothpaste sounds weird but it usually works.
