I'm pale with blue eyes and dark brown hair too. I find too much blusher/bronzer looks bad, and false.
But i love using colours on my eyes. I go with browns for a natural daytime look, with nude lipstick. My favorites for a night out are a jade green by rimmel or a violet by Avon. Both used with matching eyeliner (outside the eyes) and lots and lots of black mascara. It'll make your pretty eyes stand out even more.

Don't listen to the disbelievers, if it's natural, dark hair and blue eyes is an amazing combination, you lucky thing!
I would suggest you try a metallicy but muted purple/mauve, L'Oreal do a brilliant one in their holographic range called metal plum which I LOVE for day or night.
Or you could just stick to mascara on the eyes and play up your lips - depends which feature you liek the best! I would avoid going all out on both however as you will look OTT.

You should go with pastel shades, pinks and lilacs. Clarins do a lovely pastel eye shadow set. Don't use black eyeliner. Go for a brown or better still you can get pinks and purples. Should be one of the pencils not the liquids. Very very little amount of bronzer across your cheeks. A pink of some description. Wear lipgloss not lipstick.

I think in my minds eye you would look good with dark pink lipstick and light blue eyeshadow. Or if you not into bright colours, maybe a peachy or a lighter pink.

Neutral Natural, Neutral Dramatic, Cool Natural or Cool Dramatic color sets. See them here...
http://NuGenerationEntrepreneurs.myarbonne.com
Found on the "Shop Online" page. Click "color sets" under the "color" section on the left. Stick to the natural, softer colors because the skin is so pale and the hair is so dark.

Black eyeliner and mascara. If you are pale (like me) I really think blusher/bronzer can look awful if badly applied. Plus, pale skin really helps to accentuate other features, like eyes or lips, so go for it BIG time with them!!

For your pale complexion, keep it natural but accentuate the eyes with mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow.
