Except for those living in the caribbean, the rest of us would be sick with pneumonia or dying by hipothermia.
Not to mention all sorts of freaky accidents, like getting thorns stuck in your legs (or in other more hurtful body parts =), dirty feet, cooking accidents, the smell of sunburnt skin filling our cities, etc.
Clothes are there for a reason. They were "invented" out of necessity.

Most likely, people would be naked all the time.
they probably wouldn't wear clothes around.
