The fastest way I have seen without popping (which can cause some increased redness/scarring if not careful) is to heat the area up with a hot shower. The pores tend to open up considerably if you put the affected area under the hot water (about as hot as you can stand) for about 5min. Then gently scrub the area with some soap, astringent, or whatever face cleaning product you want to use. Sometimes the oily crud that is trapped comes out quite easily and the pore is open a bit wider so the cleaning is a bit more effective.
At least that is what has worked for me in the past...

Clean your face, do not scrub or irritate the area.
Wipe with an astringent or alcohol or honey or wich hazel.
Place a glob of "paste" toothpaste or oxy10, or "whatever zit gel" ya like over the area.
Take a leisurely (5-10min) shower, allowing the steam to open the pores, and product work it's magic.
Afterwards wash and lightly moisterize your skin.
****always wash your face before showering, or you'll just steam the dirt in.

Use a dab of toothpaste before bed. This will dry it out. Ice it if it's still red in the morning. Don't pick at it. I know...it's hard. Don't wear any make up all day up until time to go to the party. Then, before applying a concealer, put a drop of visine on it to zap the red. Good luck!

Fill your sink with VERY hot water. Put your face above it and a towel over your head. Stay there as long as you can (10 minutes for me). This will open your pores. Now wash it thoroughly. Then use a toner. Then Moisturize it (I know it is weird for some people to put lotion on their face, but you HAVE to, otherwise your oil glands will go psycho and produce way too much oil). Clearasil on your existing zits should help to bring down the swelling.

Squeeze it till a water like fluid comes out and then apply ice and then tee tree oil. It won't make it go away but it will reduce the size. To get rid of the redness get a good light-reflecting concealer and dab on three coats.

Toothpaste does not work. Popping it may work, but you may also get a scar if unlucky. There are ointments that you can buy in pharmacies, which will dry out the acne. Apply it overnight.
You can also apply some foundation or something to cover what's left.

I know it sounds crazy but put a glob of tooth paste on it .
It will pull it to the surface so u can pop the little sucker and then put alcohol on it then hide it with make up
Toothpaste does work .

where do you live? i'll get that neasty sucker for you.........
I wouldnt squeeze it but rather press around it and let your forehead press against your skin to supply the force to eject the zit, less chance of scarring if you dont squeeze.....just press around it until you feel it come to the surface.
