Somehow, he has two or three friends who help him. They call from various peoples phones to harrass me. He chases me down on the highway or any road he finds me on. He drives by my home. He sits across the field to give him visual access to my backyard. I have changed my number, but anyone can pay to get it again, and he has. I have tried three times to get a restraining order on him - but he has his friends come in and lie for him. At one point about 2.5 years ago, my doctor had me on major anxiety medication - I overdosed because I swear at times I just don't care anymore. I feel like he is winning. One year ago - him and his friends went to a local park and wrote my name and phone number on a slide - along with some suggestions about what I may have for "sale" there. I have a nine year old daughter. I've spoken with his ex-wife, who simply tells me he is crazy. Oh - I agree. He says he hates me - but then why does he bother me. Any answers would be great. Thanks.

Take legal action get a restraining have him put in jail. See if ex wfie will help. Dont let this guy run your life. Don't let him win. This is a obvious loser who gets what little power he can from making you miserable..don't give him that power

You can either move out of this town and put some distance between the two of you, or you can walk into your local police department and speak with the chief of police. Explain to him your situation, what is going on, how it's affecting you and your daughter lives and plea for help. I had this happen with a nutty neighbor of mine. The cops were all over him for about a month and he couldn't go anywhere without being followed or basically harrassed by half the police department. They eventually caught him in the act, arrested him and now he has charges pending against him. That was all I needed to march into the courthouse and be awarded my restraining order, because much like you, they wouldn't give me one at first either. Then use your restraining order. I haven't had to. Men like this, aren't logical or reasonable, but often if you make a stand, they back down because they are cowards.

Go to the police and file reports. Also, maybe you should change your name. this sounds pretty serious and he is a total creepazoid. Don't lose your life over this wacko, you are worth way more, and don't let him ruin your life. Change your name, move and get on with life. Try taping the conversations you have with him on the phone, install a video camera, get evidence that this weirdo is bothering you. Get a lawyer to help you out, maybe they can provide REAL advice.

Sounds like you need to get an order of protection...I went thru similar situation when I was younger and the police handled him appropriately. It didn't take long for him to get the picture.

File a complaint of harassment immediately at the police station. Ask what you have to do to get a restraining order. then enforce it.

well, u really got a problem with a person who is probably mentally ill..he is sick..maybe he finds satisfaction in himself everytime he does stalking to you..well, i suggest, has someone beside you all the time..don't go walking alone. it's just for security purposes. try to talk to him personally. he keeps on stalking you because you are ignoring him.don't let him feel that you're irritated about it..the more you ignore him, the more he wanted to do it..try reverse psychology strategy..it may work..

You should try moving to another city or go live with one of your best friends or someone you are really close to. Cause if you have a daughter that aint safe for her or you can try to talk to him you never know what can happen
