I don't mean to be flip, but have you considered adoption? There are 6 billion people on this planet and counting. Plenty of kids out there already who need a home. In answer to your question, all humans are genetically the same. Minor variations due to race are irrelevant, you can have as many babies as you want with any race. I would recommend two kids at most.

If you have to ask such a ridiculous question, then you should NEVER have children with ANY woman.
Please spare us all from having to support them in a welfare system that is already bursting at the seams. You certainly won't be able to.
