When they just want to be paid like men and treated like women. Because we all know that you cant tell the story about the head you got on the weekend to the girls like you can to the guys. The women workers will report you to HR and send you to sensitivity training. Why is this?

A little help for grimm.fixie..women are so damn naive and sensative....so thats what i mean by being "treated like a woman" You say a joke with your guy friends, everyone laughs....women are so freaking uptight, that they get disgusted and report to HR...women..sighh.

we are equal yet in different ways because our behavior is different than men yet we are still equal and make choices to do the the same things and sometimes differently things than men do ;) start report those women to HR if you want than you can make the playing ground more even ;)

I can tell that you have no kind of work ethics at all. If you knew better you wouldn't be cracking jokes of that nature at work. And how do you know that it's a woman calling HR. It might be one of your buddies who smile in your face and talk about you behind your back. Keep your friends close but your enemies closer. A woman will tell you the truth whether you want to hear it or not. Your buddy will agree with you and low rate you as soon as you walk off. They have your ego pumped so high that you can barely breathe.
In closing keep your head stories in your head until you get off of work and keep your mind on your job.

Women are as serious about our careers as men are. We are educated, work hard, and want to be treated as professionals. Unfortunately, some of our less enlightened male co-workers...like you....continue to see us as sexual objects, not respected peers who contribute to the business. This kind of behavior is bad for business and illegal.
So, you best keep you weekend behavior to the weekend, and become a professional at work.

why can't you tell the guys about the head you got over the weekend OUTSIDE of the office. dude, it's your job!!! just do your job, get paid, go home and talk about all the head you want with the boys.

First off I don't want to be treated equal...I'm sick of working and I would like to be a "housewife" and work on my tan. Anyway, our stories are better...you just have to talk to the right people
