yipes... these A$$holes are everywhere .. aren't they? lol.. sounds like a typical brown nose move ... going out of his way to stick his nose in your work and make himself look better... you need to devise a way to circumvent this jerk before his next move....or flip it and show him what it feels like in reverse... lets face no one is perfect ... not even him/ her.... find the imperfection and enjoy! lol..

yeah WTF people are human humans make mistakes the better human will look to resolve it and not try to make a point of placing blame... if you notice a mistake at the same time he does just look at him say yeah i messed up want me to fix it! he is how we can! ect... if something don't go as planned it's a big deal but if others stress on that don't worry they will get what's comming! Just make sure you are effective in fixing errors that you may make and be ready to explain how! don't dread on the mistake! dread on fixing it!
but don't flip out and think its' the end of the world i guess people just got issues!
Good luck!
know what i hate is when you hear a voice.. can i borrow your pen and you say yeah and they take the one your using! and disapear! lol
Mad luv

i have the same problem, my coworker always makes out we r stressed, a few pieces of work in the baskets and all hells let loose then if i make a mistake its a big deal but when she does it, its 'oh everyone makes mistakes, we r only human' its obviously thet feel threatened by us so at any given chance have to critisize our work lol

Be careful, he may be out to get your job or something. Try to double check your work so he has nothing to use against you. If he is really obnoxious, go to HR and say he is creating a hostile work environment.
Good luck!

WOAH There!! Calm down! If this person was continually doing this to me, I would get him alone somewhere and Politely, but firmly tell him-----KNOCK IT OFF! You are making me look inadequate on my job and you are getting on my LAST Nerve. Tell him that he is being VERY Annoying and to stop this at once. If he continues, take it to your Manager/Supervisor. Good Luck.

I know it's hard but try to ignore him. I'm sure everyone can see what a moron he is! We all make a mistake every now and then...... don't even waste your time worrying.

Tell your boss he sexually harrassed you. Or you could even have some guy you know call your job constantly and pretend to be your co-workers gay lover. Be creative.
