You probably are building muscle mass which weighs more than fat. Are you losing inches? Do your clothes fit better? That is the best way to see progress sometimes. IF you want to lose weight it would be better to bump up the cardio training and decrease the heavy lifting which builds the muscle mass.

Forget the scales honey. As you body looses fat and begins to build muscle you weight will increase. As long as you notice a difference when you put on your pants or shirt then your doing good. Don't worry about the scales they will just stress you out more. Also make sure you are not eating more to compensate for the strenuous workout.

You need to do more Cardio and you should reduce down to 3 days a week if you are doing a full body work out each day.

If you increase your cardio to 60 minutes is should help.

What is your BF% at?

You also might want to look at your diet. Are you eating too much protein?

if you want to stop building muscle (ie not gain weight) dont do heavy weights. (they make your body 'adjust' to the new strain and therefore build more muscle). Rather tone, by doing more reps of less weight, quicker.
