since i got the light flywheel, and underdrive pulleys, my clutch is a hell of alot harder to push in, is this the normal way its supposed to do, and when i push down, it makes a little squeaking noise, can u make it push in easier, and stop squeaking.

And it has a heavy duty pressure plate, so i guess that is why, so i guess i cant loosen it or anything.

The springs in the pressure plate are being pushed in when you push in your clutch - heavy duty means heavier springs that will be harder to push. As far as the squeak - lubrication. Have someone depress the clutch pedal while you track down the squeak with a can of WD-40.

depends what you did, if all yo udid was get a lighter flywheel and clutch then teh effort should be no different. The effort is determined by the pressure plate. So if you didn't change that it may mean your clutch cable may have a kink in it or something to that effect.

Your pressure plate has more tension that the one you replaced. You don't say what kind of car you have, but Zoom makes a new style pressure plate for just such a problem.

examine the cable / sensor those sensors often overlook to plug themselves lower back in or the idget engaged on it used the sensor as a competent place to push the tranny as much as align the spline
