You can soak the stain in lemon juice and leave it out in the sun for a day.

Spray and Wash. It the stain doesn't come completely out, put the garment out in the sunshine for a few hours and the sun will bleach out the stain.

Try baby whips! I got mustard out of a white shirt using one...

Use cold water and dish soap.

Soak in cold water over night for all stains. Then wash in cold as well.

If you have any of that "No water" garage hand cleaner stuff, that stuff works wonders! gets all sorts of stains out. You rub some on, soak in COLD water, then rub the material... poof gone.

go to a bob evans resturant they sell a product called grannys spot remover it works wonders on everything good luck i use it
