No, Hitler had real sexual hangps. Connected with his mother. Madonna hangups, like he idolized blond physiclly attractive athletic types, ala Super Race, but he was mostly impotent. J. Edgar Hoohoo had a live in male companion for many years who may have helped him do more than dress like a woman.
