It used to be. I find the more centered you are within yourself, the more control you take back from being out of control, up and down from all of life's happenings, simply reacting to that which happens, instead of choosing how to feel yourself. Being mindful of the breath induces this center. Many people end up simply reacting to what is thrown at them. If someone is mad at them and yells, they get mad or sad in accordance with their personality. If something happens as far as a failed expectation or desire they're unhappy. Or if something good happens their happiness and excitement is out of hand as far as becoming elated. Being centered takes you away from all this and simply makes you peaceful, Regardless of circumstances.

Yes, it is only the roller coasters that I have never been on before. I never know what turns are about to come up or what highs or lows are around that curve. Yeah, I would say it is like a really fun roller coaster that they redesign every day.

I have bipolar disorder. Roller coaster is a mild term for what my life is like.

Absolutely...I use that term a lot. I like that and a winding road...u never know what curves are up ahead.
