I sing sometimes too loud, and not nice lyrics but over time it gets me to the core of my anxiety.And improves the song.

Then I remember childhood lessons..and this event that I shared with my brother. Two creatures died, he buried them and planted two crosses. He said that the crosses were important. I spoke this story. That then they would become trees, and the fruit of the trees would be birds.
The later years and the silence asked why did they die? They were given a kick in the bum, told to pull up their bootstraps, make something of themselves and get a life.get it together, make something of themselves Be anything but honest, or themselves.
Then they would be worthy of rewards.
Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, Agnostics, teachers, Devil worshipers.politicians, employers pantkickers anonymous awaits
I can't be what someone else wants me to be, but who are they to ask that?Might as well ask why they are so cruel.
All stressful.
You see we like those two creatures that died can't be trees, and we can't be what someone else wants us to be, and the stress comes cause if we don't let them kick us and batter us into whatever they want us to be we won't have any rewards
Our children won't have a life, and all that will be left will be the trees and even trees know that they don't beget birds, without fruit or seeds. so then I sing
treat me nice, treat me good cause I'm not made of wood and I don't have a wooden heart.Who does?
And I start again..cause I survived this far and so have others and I'm just not going to let them kill my soul or my mind or my body..even if it means being a bit different. and a lot stressed.

So sing and everybody can relate sometimes.

SometimesI get so stressed that I believe the Lord hates me, hates all the earth and me and my creatures he hates. But then I remember, noone hates anyone all day every day forever, at least noone I know, probably best to get over it and look forward to a new day.

Hmmm! I try to unwind.Relax.Listen to my favourite music, while in the bath surrounded by aroma candles. If all this doesnt work then it is meditation. I can swear by it.It has me todally destressed and comfortable.Even playing with lil kids is a sure fire way to relax.

Cook, clean, exercise anything to keep my mind off what is stressing me out.

i used to read, but my favorite style of books changed so then i read the new author. he died and i've read the great books like ten times eaach and know the words at some parts by heart.

NOW i scratch my head, go on here, or yell at people

Work harder to get good sleep to relax & relieve stress.

i have a few methods that work for me
1) scrub and wash the toilet (dun know why, quite therapeutic)
2) burn lavender essential oil on my burner
3) play real mahjong
4) look in the mirror and try to smile and console myself (my friend taught me that)
5) answering yahoo answers and divert my attention

try and get some sleep and ease off a little bit then look at the matter after that.

Go outside with a soda and a cigarette and collect my thoughts. It usually helps.
