Seriously, this is on disgusting thing I've always wondered about. Whenever I go into a public restroom, there are dried out boogs on the walls and anywhere else you can imagine. For the offenders out there, why do you do it?

I know what you mean!!! My boyfriend does that also but in my bathroom. I yell at him but for some reason it never phases him to stop. I wish I knew why as well!

LMAO...first time I've heard of this. Maybe there's somebody out there who just wants to gross you out so they pick their nose and wipe it on the walls when they know you are coming.

those are the remains of what are called farmer's blows! when you do not have a kleenex or hankie or are just to lazy to go get one! you just plug one side of your nose and aim and BLOW!
