I am a Life Coach and as a Life Coach my main job is to ask people questions that are empowering to them. You see empowerment is about enhancing other people's ability to take control of their lives to a degree that suits them and their purposes. So, in your opinion, what do you think is the most empowering question in the Universe? My answer is, "Of all of the possibilities that you are ready for and willing to pursue which is the most life affirming?".

And then I want to talk about empowering advice. What is your most empowering and/or favorite piece of advice? My answer is, "Make all of your decisions deliberate and conscious and then you can't go wrong".

Having a basic objection to humanism and sophistry, I would have to disagree with you on that one. To me, the most empowering question you can ask a person is 'What do you have to offer the Universe? Not that you necessarily have anything significant, but it all adds up, and the more you think about it, the better an answer you're likely to come up with.
As to the answer. . . Do the best you can, be the best you can, and never do anything for which you will have to make excuses.
What does a life coach do, anyway, besides ask this type or question?

Good question and you answer your self well.
With all the turmoil that comes with the day to day living, and like in some parts of the world, day to day, it seems to get worse than better.
Mine is, "work hard, love your family, love your God and Smile. Because somethings in life, like death and taxes are inevitable.
So smile and and when old age comes and the wrinkles appear, the younger generation will look at you and say,'they lived a good life, fought the fine faith, and look, they are still happy and enjoying what God gave them. How do I know? Because they have the wrinkles from smiling and not from frowning."
I get asked all the time from younger ones at work, "What is going on in your life to keep you so happy all the time?"
I tell them that life is to short to carry grudges and work hard towards having a good relationship with God.

I think the question would be "What can you do to make yourself a better person then you already are?"
The advice would be "Believe in yourself. We can achieve and endure more than we think we are capable of. Learn to be honest to yourself, you will never lie to anyone else."

Peace!!
