So, I'm going back to college and am trying to decide if I should keep my PS2 slim or sell it and get a DS Lite. What would you guys do? I was gonna go and sell my PS2, but I've discovered that the system has a lot of life left in it. Still, I want a DS Lite. What would you guys do?

PS2! keep it! everyone I know loves their PS2, I do too, DS lite is cool, but PS2 is more practical, besides no need for a DVD player, and you will miss your PS2 games like every one else did when they sold their PS2. Plus they went back and bought PS2 after selling it they missed it so much. And when PS3 comes out, you can still play your PS2 games on it.

Keep the PS2.
I wouldn't suggest the DS. If you do decide to sell the PS then I would suggest the PSP. Internet, games, movies and music all in one. But you would need to buy memory sticks which can be pretty expensive.So I would keep the PS2 or get a PSP. The DS isn't so great.

I would keep my PS2 for future use, and I'm going to buy a DS Lite, while I at school.

They don't compare, the PS2 is a console, the DS is a handheld. Get both, I have a DS lite, and I like it a lot, and I have a PS2. I like both of them.

I know I play my DS more than my PS2, but that's mostly because I can't play most of my PS2 games without feeling sick after a while. So for you I don't know, but DS wins hands down with me. Most fun system I've ever had.

i would get the DS lite cause, since you're in college, you'll need to move around alot...better to have something portable. unless you're just going to sit in your dorm, then keep the PS2...it plays movies and games!

I'd keep the PS2...your less likley to lose it or have it stolen, and there are still lots of great games for it.
But if you really want that DS, I'd say go for it..
