Firstly, try drinking plenty of water, it flushes out toxins which makes your skin healthier.
If it's acne you're having troule with then see your doctor who will write a prescription for some cream that will be stronger than anything you can buy in a shop and it will work.

Personally, I recommend FreeDerm. It's not cheap but not that expensive and it works. My brother suffers from bad spots as did my best friend and this worked for both of them. You only need to apply a little bit so one tube can last awhile . My brother tried every spot cream and wash under the sun and this is the only one that worked.

Ok, I know what its like having spots. Heres a few tips.

If your using a face cloth; stop. It helps spread bacteria.

Your doctor can give you medication.

Try Boots 'Skin Clear' or Witch. Also Oxy on the spot cream is good. Just don't use it before going to bed, or you could bleach your pillow, as I done, oops!

Drink plenty of water. Eat plenty of fruit, and get out in the fresh air.

Hope it clears up.

Quinoderm is the best thing I found for getting rid of spots. Also Exfoliate gently twice a week, but don't touch them too much as this stimulates the oil that causes them. Sea Kelp helps prevent them as does taking your makeup off at night.

There are lots of creams, supplements and treatments (even laser!!!). See your doctor, really stress how badly it's affecting you. In the meantime, what the skin needs most to de-tox itself is lots of water, drink about 2 ltrs pure water a day (not any more as this can be toxic ... honest!!!) and this will make sure you skin tone really improves and responds better to any treatment.

Good luck.

Yes, time. I'm afraid that's what it will take. Some of the Clearasil products may help a little but acne is the result of bubbling teenage hormones. It'll pass.

save your money - in my experience none of the stuff in the shops work, get on the pill a good one which treats spots/acne and get a lotion to put on skin from the doctor.
