I just have a black background I find it better this way. It comes from the days when having a picture as a background would suck up some resources and I am still thinking that way even if I now have an overclocked 4.2ghz pentium 4, still... it's faster than many other similar ghz computers so i must be doing something right :-)

A retarded cat.

Here's what I mean: http://pictureserver.funnyjunk.com/pics2/stupid_kitty.jpg

For my main computer that is upstairs. A halo 3 background I found using Google. (All hail the master chief!)

Then for my dad's computer: The field background that comes with Windows XP.

once you shop the photo it immediately saves as a .psd photo... you want to flow to shop as then JPEG or PNG... there are some different, those are the most worry-loose.. then opt for the utmost high quality.. the you upload it like a classic photo! wish i helped! PSD pictures are great because they contain each and every of the layers that you utilized on your rfile, so it truly is solid to shop pictures kept as those incase you opt for to extra edit them later.
