I think I was waiting for someone to ask this question because one of my biggest problems with the World Cup was him.
I don't like the Italian team. point blank. I hate their morals and leagues. But as someone who appreciates football I cannot deny that they played well and they have one of the best if not the best defense in the world. Saying that...I have no idea why Camoranesi was even allowed on the pitch. I haven't watched him much in club play but during the World Cup it was ridiculous. I was literally screaming "give it to Camoranesi!" during the final because I knew France would take the ball from him.
Obviously he's doing something right since everyone thinks hes so great. But during the world cup, in my eyes, he was one of the worst players on the pitches. It was insane. Maybe it was highlighted by the fact that Italy has a group of great players and he is mediocre but hell. I was surprised he was allowed to play.
Anybody that disagrees go and what the final of the world cup again. He didn't do anything right. He hardly had the ball for more than 2 seconds before he got it stolen from him.
Twas unbelievable.

i think he is a little overrated. In Juventus he had very good players in the midfield that were way better than him; Vieria, Nedved, Emerson were all better than him. The reason why i say he is also overrated is that he could not even play with his country- he is NOT Italian- he is Italian by passport, he is Argentinean. Good Role player but could not do by himself in Mexico when he played in Cruz Azul and Santos Laguna or in Banfield in Argentina or in Hellas Verona in Italy.

it was not my first time i saw camo played but only in the wc2006 i got to watch him player soccer. all the while ppl said he's a good player so this is wat i tot of him...
first, i dun think so. cuz he's such a arrogant guy on the field. but as the azzurris progress to next stages of the tournament, so did him. and when italy played against the czech, camo changed my opinion of him. HE IS A GREAT PLAYER.
tho i cant really see him play for milan. teeheee...

Yes, I think he's good...I think he needs to learn the Italian national anthem though if he wants to stay on for Italy.
