Talk to your doctor. They can tell you how much it would be. You can also call your insurance company and find out. They don't ask any questions, they will just give you the amount. As far as it being done, you would have to ask your doctor.

Insurance could pay for it but only to check that there is nothing wrong with the baby as for the father of the baby you can have a blood test ran after the child is born that will generally cost depending where you live around $100 If you are using welfare the state may pay for this so they can go after the father for child support You need to tell the boys you think are the fathers call a doctor set a date for them to go so they can all have a little blood taken you will have a little blood taken then they will take a little from the baby run a DNA test against the fathers and come up with the match

Amniocentisis carries a risk of miscarriage (1 in 200). I have my doubts that a responsible caregiver would do this invasive test without a medical indication that the test was needed. Especially since there are other ways to find out who the father of the child is. If you need to find out who the daddy is, it's much safer to wait until the baby is born and do a blood test or a DNA test.
From the link below:
Amniocentesis is usually very safe. Usually the risk of having an abnormal baby is greater than the risk of the procedure in high-risk pregnancies. However, there is a slight chance (about 1 in 200) that this procedure may cause a miscarriage or early labor (premature). There is also a slight risk of excessive bleeding (hemorrhage), infection of the amniotic fluid (amnionitis), or leakage of amniotic fluid. Rarely, your baby may be injured by the needle during the procedure. Every attempt is made to place the needle in a safe location. Your baby usually floats away from the needle tip.
Amniocentesis has a very small risk of causing bleeding that could lead to mixing your blood and your baby's. Therefore, if you have Rh-negative blood, you will be given the Rh immune globulin vaccine (such as RhoGAM) to prevent Rh sensitization which could harm your baby if he or she has Rh-positive blood).

It sounds like you are pretty desperste to know but at the same time you should do some more research because did you know that there is a good risk of miscarrying if you do have an amniocentesis its just not worth it to try find out plus its used more for the purpose of seeing if you baby has any certain kind of disease of disorder if you do choose to have it done your insurance should cover it if you have good insurance

No idea--I know that you have to wait though until later to even have the amnio done (something like 20-24wks). Maybe you should call all of the guys that could be and just let them know you'll be calling them up for DNA samples in 9 months. Is it a situation where you cannot honestly tell by the dates of your LMP and your due date as to who you were with? If that's the case, not a good situation to put yourself in. Unprotected sex with multiple partners at age 16?? Think about all the other consequences that could follow you for life--not just a baby but STDs!!

They will not do an amnio just to find out who the father of the baby is because of the health risks it poses (1 in 200 of a miscarriage). It would be something to ask about if you need an amnio for other reasons though, birth defects....then finding out who the daddy is should be the last of your concerns.

Three years ago mine was about $600.00 but it was covered by insurance. It's generally covered when the mother is of "advanced maternal age". There is some risk with the test so it's not something that is a standard part of prenatal care. Also, I don't know if your doctor would even consider it for you since you are 16.

Oh goodness, that's an incredibly depressing post.
Please consider an abortion or adoption. Do not raise this child yourself. You can make another ADULT couple very happy by adopting this child out. And your life won't be ruined. Plus that way the father won't matter.
Please seek counseling so you do not turn to men for validation of your self-worth in the future.

Sounds like to me you might be worrying about the wrong things, which makes sence since you are only 16. Worry about it when the baby comes. Wow, were you with that many guys, that you have no clue?!!
