I must preface this by saying I am not really a fan of ribs. That being said, I liked the ribs (the sauce was killer) at a place called the Assembly Line in San Luis Obispo, California.

Chili's makes the BEST BABY BACK RIBS ever! The best part was that I managed to burn them all off the next week so there was no weight gain.

And yes, I ate the whole rack of ribs (but it was quite small, tho). However, since I dropped about 30-40 lbs., I don't think I'd be able to eat that much anymore.

Hands down, the best ribs to be had are at Dreamland Barbeque in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Famous Daves are good, but recently it was released that they have black mold growing inside their walls. Considering the fact that this can make someone really sick, I will eat ribs at home.

In the San Francisco Bay Area, CA my favorite is Flint's. My second fave is Everett and Jones. It would be KC cos the meat is melt off the bones yummy, but I find the sauce to be too sweet.
