if you are having trouble with the first answer, it possibly would be that a "handy" has a special code.
It happens a lot, is a very common system in devoloping countries.
i.e., for Chile, that code is 9, for Arg, is 15.
some companies are finally standarizing it, but i assume you're having trouble, and that's why you're asking.

I don't know but # 1 looks good also when I needed to call over there I just went to my husbands work and told them I needed to get in touch with him NOW and they worked out the kinks and got him on the phone ... just a suggestion
