I don't know but the one out here in San Diego is Donovan's Steak and Chop House where a single dinner can cost $35 and that doesn't include the salad, dessert, wine, etc. Plus, they have a dress code and you need a reservation.
You can tell how expensive a restaurant is by looking at the dress code.
