Probably a lot, dude. Get an internal one, because they're a lot cheaper (about 30 dollars at most). External ones are overrated, just because they're portable doesn't mean you should have to pay 50+ dollars more.

That will run you from $60-$80. There are 60GB ones for like $80 so I suggest one of those. Try BestBuy or CircuitCity.
