In all honesty, I tend to notice a complete appearance. Various eyes look nice on the right face. Various hips look nice on the right body.
Of course, this is all physical atraction. The most important feature is morality.

I would say at first her face, but that quickly fades to her personality. If a girl is gorgeous but has no personality, or a bad personality it goes nowhere from there.
