some people who wear dark glasses have physical problems with their eyes maybe the eye socket wasn't formed, no eye lids or no eye. Or maybe some people have some vision in their eyes but not enough to see properly. As for deaf people you can normally tell if they are deaf by talking to them as they are not easily understood. I know what you are saying blind people have a white stick/dark glasses what does a deaf person have to symbolise their deafness? i don't know it's always been like this i am sure they wouldn't want a sign around their neck saying be careful i am deaf i can't hear what you are saying. Maybe a bracelt like diabetes that could work.

we all do what is most comfortable for us .
Not all blind people wear dark glasses .
in fact many, fully sighted people wear dark glasses .
why bother about that
Earmuffs are great ,on cold days and may well protect sensitive ear drums by keeping out the icy drafts.
. your questions are getting sillier, by the moment LOL

Blind people wear dark glasses mainly because they have no control of eye movement and they don't want people to stare at them, even though they cannot see they can sense this. Their eyes do look kinda strange. They also are very light sensitive and this helps control this. Deaf people have probably never thought about this although, some wear plugs because depending on their type of deafness, some sounds hurt their ears.

Blind people wear dark glasses because they don't want others to see their eyes. My dad is almost blind and he still wears clear glasses. It depends on the person and if they want everyone to see that they are blind because in some blind people, their eyes go different directions from each other.

The blind like to look hip and happening, so they wear glasses that look like sunglasses. Earmuffs don't give the same effect though, so.....

Earmuffs would make the deaf person sweat. Besides, sunglasses make you look cool and earmuffs don't.

Because we wear hearing-aids that basically covers our ears (well, some do). So blind people wear dark glasses to protect their eyes...we wear hearing-aids to both hear and protect out ears (it protects out ears from sharp noises that could damage our hearing).
