the inertia (sp) pin has gotten stuck not allowing the seat belt to go in or out you can fix this your self by taking the housing off of the part where the seatbelt retracts into or take it to the dealership and have theme fix it your insurance company should pay for it if they don't go get a new insurance company it also should be covered under warranty!

The re-tractor is the problem. The only way I know is the jerk it hard and hope. No way to open and repair. Shops won't because of insurance liability.

its under warranty..take it to nissan
