Who is the best cell phone providers in the San Francisco Bay Area?

Cingular actually works really well for me when I'm in Nor Cal. I used to get phone signal in basements and obscure places on campus. Too bad my signal is crap in LA.

But hey, if you are in SF/Bay, get Cingular.
