i haven't had my period in about a month in a half, but i haven't had sex or anything remotely close to it. what could cause me to be so late?

it could be many causes. but one of the biggest factors is stress. in general, if you are not on any type of oral contraceptive, you can go up to 3 months w/o a you period. if it goes beyond that, then you should see your doctor.

Has there been a change in your diet, exercise, or stress level? Any one of those, or a combination, could cause you to miss.

stress can cause this or even if you increase your activity level. there are a lot of things that can mess with your regular cycle. check with your doc

If you are very young, sometimes they can be irregular, great stress can cause it...ask a doctor to be sure...

possible medications that you take. some that affect your libido, also can have effects on your menstraul cycle. anti-depresants, anti-anxiety, etc...
