If he comes home from work smelling like he just took a shower he's cheating or you ask him where he was and more and he answers but it don't sound right so you wait for about a week or two and see if you get the same answers to the questions you asked him and they change he's cheating. (the last one works all the time).

If your asking that question it means you have a feeling he is and he might be. If hes been different with you lately and distant he might be cheating but you wont know until you see it with your own eyes. but believe me if you have a feeling your boyfriend might be cheating then there's a possibility he is.
